FreshGames is currently seeking a V.P. of Sales responsible for maintaining relationships and building new opportunities for increasing revenues. Online and offline target opportunities include retail, OEM, licensing, new platforms, advertising and other unique and emerging models.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying new and profitable partnerships and opportunities.
- Manage business relationships with existing and new online distribution partners.
- Manage negotiated business relationships with licensees around company intellectual property, licensed trademarks and royalty arrangements.
- Manages all sales, distribution, and promotion of the company products.
- Track the launch, distribution, sales and marketing of products.
- Create professional marketing & sales presentations.
- Prepare status and success reports of products and categories.
- Work with domestic and international partners to coordinate global distribution deals.
- Plan and execute retail and online sales programs.
- Manage, negotiate and prepare business agreements.
- Collaborate with channel partners to further enhance company's position with partners.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- 5-6 years sales experience: Previous experience working in a gaming or online company a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Proven track record of revenue-generating business development experience.
- Motivated and ambitious while working on multiple projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced uses of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Gamer Designer & Producer
FreshGames is seeking an out-of-the-box, creative Senior game designer responsible for the creation of original game ideas and extending brand equity of existing titles. Responsible for overseeing game design and production with designated internal/external resources through all stages of game development into final release. You will work closely with programmers, artists, sound designers, testers, and members of the executive team. Are you ready to express your passion for moving the game industry forward creatively? Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Translating ambitious ideas into realistic, entertaining designs for game development.
- Ability to recognize market trends and develop games that meet consumer demands.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure games are being developed on time, within budget, and at a high-level of quality and polish.
- Write creative Design Documents with technical specifications.
- Ability to craft appealing storylines and scripts.
- Integrating social networking and community development into game projects.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- In depth games knowledge across multiple platforms and multiple genres.
- Highly experienced with the software design and development process.
- Knowledge of social networking and community development.
- Must have STRONG oral, written and email communication skills

New Media Creative/Marketing Strategist
FreshGames has an opening for a New Media Strategist, the perfect position for an innovative marketing maven. You'll be responsible for managing online and marketing efforts for FreshGames. In this role you will lead our efforts to create an ongoing Web 2.0 interactive web presences for the company and its products.
You'll help build out a true loyalty destination for web customers and create multi-dimensional user experiences and content offerings that excite and engage users. You will utilize the company website experience to articulate the FreshGames story, bring to life our product offerings and lead our community-building efforts. Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing programs that leverage social, email and interactive strategies is a major plus.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a set of best practices and devise recommended rules of engagement for Web 2.0 marketing.
- Use social media for evangelization & education opportunities to promote our game properties.
- Develop, write and manage all company press releases and marketing collateral.
- Manage and communicate with online community.
- Develop e-newsletter promotions designed for consumer response.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- 5+ years direct experience creating online marketing for B2C.
- Experience with HTML, CSS , Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and JavaScript.
- Expertise with Search Engine Optimization, Personalization and CRM.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Must have STRONG oral, written and email communication skills.
- Experience in a small company environment where people have many different responsibilities.
- Strong project management and computer skills.
- 4 year college degree in English, Marketing or related field.
