By accessing and using this Site, you are hereby agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth by FreshGames. Also, if you do not agree with all of the following Contest terms and conditions, please do not enter this contest. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter, all contestants must do the following:
1. Click on the ENTER NOW button.
2. In the body of the email, add your name, age, address and design category.
3. Attach a snapshot of your game which can be found in your “MY PICTURES” folder.
4. Send to ranchrushcontest@freshgames.com
Except for the contestant's e-mail, all information collected is strictly voluntary. However, FreshGames will need a valid mailing address and may need to verify a winning contestant's age in order to mail prizes. To be eligible, entries must be complete and received on or before 11:59 PM ET on the closing date of the contest. Incomplete or late entries will not be considered. All entries shall become the property of FreshGames. Entries will not be accepted by phone, fax, courier or postal delivery.
CONTEST RULES
1. No Purchase necessary.
2. The “My Ranch is Better Than Yours” promotion, referred to as “Contest”, is open to the general public. Employees of FreshGames, their immediate family members or anyone associated with FreshGames is not eligible to enter.
3. Contest submissions from anyone 18 years old or younger must be submitted by a parent or guardian to be considered.
4. Contestants may only enter once for each category: Creative or Functionality.
5. The Contest will run from the September 5, 2008 – September 26, 2008, unless otherwise stated within the Contest information.
6. By entering the Contest and by accepting any prize from FreshGames, you agree to allow FreshGames to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media and at any time, your name and submitted snapshot for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to FreshGames is complete and accurate. Knowingly submitting fake snapshots or inaccurate information or multiple entries per category will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes to which you are otherwise entitled.
8. The prize must be accepted as awarded. FreshGames retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or approximate value.
9. Submissions will be judged by FreshGames. Decisions of the contest judges are final.
10. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that FreshGames may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting the prize.
11. The Contest is open to the U.S.A. and International entries. This Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
12. For prizes valued at more than $100, winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize. Any and all taxes associated with the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
13. Snapshots should be submitted in .jpg format.
14. Winner(s) will be notified on or before October 15, 2008. Prizes will be sent by mail within two weeks of notification.
15. A total of 6 different prizes will be awarded totaling $600:
• Total for 1st prize Giveaway: $150 for Creativity Design and $150 for Functionality Design;
• Total for 2nd prize Giveaway: $100 for Creativity Design and $100 for Functionality Design;
• Total for 3rd prize Giveaway: $50 for Creativity Design and $50 for Functionality Design.
